レンタカーの営業所さえ見つけてしまえば、そのあとはかなりスムーズでした。大きな駐車場の一番奥のほう、地下っぽいフロアにあって、中に100メートルくらい歩いていく感じです。手続き自体は5分もかからず終わりました。

They pretty much only communicate through WhatsApp. Customer service replies were so‑so, but the staff on site were really nice.
