One of the staff swore at my daughter because she refused to pay extra to have a suitable car, as booked, supplied to us without almost another €500 being paid for "Necessary Extras".

AVABTCARのカウンターはザグレブ空港の到着ロビーにあり、手続きを済ませて外の車の乗り場まで歩いていく。従業員はサービスがよくて、辛抱強いです。この店の商売はとてもよくて、私たちが到着した時にレンタカーを引く行列はすべての店のカウンターの中で最も長いです。車が新しくて、6000キロしか走っていない。
