After the trip, I found Bosnian roads to be smooth even when not on highways, and highway tolls were quite easy to handle (the Hungarian rental company settles them, in Bosnia and Croatia you can use Visa or MasterCard to pay after taking a card, while in Slovenia you need to pay time-limited tolls at gas stations as there are no toll gates). Regarding currency usage, except for Hungary and Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia have fully adopted the euro. ハンガリーの空港から車を借りてスロバキアまで行きましたが、手続きが本当にスムーズで一切並ぶ必要もなく、スタッフもプロフェッショナルで対応が早かったです。高速料金や追加ドライバー料金、国境越えの料金、保険などが一覧で分かりやすく書いてあって、必要な項目だけにチェックを入れるスタイルなので、契約内容がとても明確でした。受け取り・返却場所の案内もはっきりしていて、到着ロビーのすぐ近くで徒歩圏内、希望ならシャトルバスも使えます。 車はほぼ新車のようなコンディションで、外装にも内装にもキズひとつなくピカピカ。安心して運転できました。特に嬉しかったのが、車載システムで有線・無線どちらのCarPlayにも対応していたこと。ナビも音楽もストレスなく使えて、とても快適でした。冬のドライブ用にスタッドレスタイヤもちゃんと装着されていて、スロバキアの山道でもしっかりグリップしてくれるので安心感が違います。国境を越えて走る場合は事前にレンタカー会社に申告して、専用のクロスボーダーサービスを付ける必要がありますが、今回はそれも含め全てルール通りで、余計なトラブルは一切ありませんでした。総合的に見てQEEQのプラットフォームは信頼できるし、レンタカー会社の対応もすごく良かったので、次に海外で自分で運転するときもまた利用したいと思います。

ハンガリーの地元レンタカー会社。サービスカウンターは2Bターミナル到着出口の近くで、何度かハンガリーのおじさんが対応するのを見かけました。英語でのコミュニケーションに問題はなく、説明も丁寧で、追加の保険を勧められることもありませんでした。予約した車はシュコダスカラでしたが、受け取った車はシュコダオクタビアでした。車両の状態は非常に良く、11日間で1700キロ走行しましたが、何の問題もありませんでした。
