全体的に良かったです。地元のレンタカー会社で、空港から車で約15分、送迎バスは無料です。予約した車は古く、走行距離が16万キロ以上ありましたが、車の状態は良好でした。

レンタカー利用者が多く、特に夜間は待つ必要があります。車両の状態は様々なので、タイヤの溝、ガラスのひび、シャーシなどを注意深くチェックし、必ず写真や動画を撮って自己防衛しましょう。追加保険は現地レンタカー会社のプラチナ保険をおすすめします。車の返却がスムーズになります（注意：レンタカー比較サイトのスーパーオールインクルーシブ保険には飛石保険が含まれていません）。アイスランドでは石や風でガラスや車体が損傷する確率が非常に高いです！
