Pickup and return process is convenient, and no credit card deposit is required. Bought full insurance at the store, received a 2024 model car, and minor scratches were not an issue. The car is equipped with a highway toll device, charging a total of 2955 lira payable at drop-off. The car was given with an empty tank; after leaving the parking area and heading uphill, there is a gas station on the right-hand side. No need to refuel too much, as the fuel here seems to run out quickly. Our car had two instances of nails puncturing the tires. The license plate has the rental company logo, which made it easy for the traffic police to spot us for speeding violations (suggested to negotiate with the goal of reducing fines). Overall, the car was good and the rental company reliable, but the fines were a bit high.
