It was ok generally allthough it had more damage on it than was annotated on the forms and we were just told to photograph it and we made a video. The extra insurance we took out to cover damages was very misleading as Eurocar still took an imprint of our credit card in case we damaged it and then we were told we would have to claim it back through the insurance plan. The insurance was very expensive and it feels like you were just trying to make up the cost of the cheap hire by loading the insurance heavily. All this needs to be made a lot clearer and not put in small print.

Europcar was superb! High quality car, excellent customer service!

Found a sweet deal in a tough rental market. QEEQ provided all necessary info for renting the car so when I showed up to the counter I had all needed documents.

The service from Hertz was impeccable. The counter staff stayed late, past 1am, waiting for me as their last customer of the night. They had all my details ready and had me driving away in less than 5 minutes. Returning the car was a breeze also. The attendant had the inspection done before I had left the car.

Was offered an upgrade which was good advice. However I was told I would have to pay extra as the car was being returned to another depot despite the receipt showing I had paid in full! I am waiting to see if I am charged for just the upgrade or both. Either way I did not want this ort of hassle when going to a funeral.

Did not have my records when I got to counter! Lousy directions to return the car.
