The female service agent's English accent was very hard to understand. The pickup location was a bit far from the counter and the road was under construction, making it one-way. However, the car pickup was overall smooth. Returning the car in Hamburg was very easy; just follow the airport signs. The drop-off location is a centralized outsourced area. The staff checked the car thoroughly and printed the receipt quickly since the car had no damage.
