Picked up the car at Reykjavik Domestic Airport. The Avis/Budget counter was a bit crowded, requiring a wait. The representative's speech was a bit unclear, but when discussing deposit fees and other matters, I confirmed everything with him several times, and he was very patient.
The staff initially marked some existing scratches on the vehicle and asked us to verify them. If there were any new ones, we should inform them. As it turned out, there were indeed some unmarked scratches.
Upon returning the car, the staff quickly inspected the vehicle and went through a final check. Overall, it was very smooth!
