Picked up the car at Salzburg airport around 4 PM, no queues, I was the only one! Got the car in 20 minutes! No upselling of insurance or roadside assistance, no gimmicks! They just handed me the keys, and I went to the parking lot via the elevator next to the counter to get the car myself! The car had a full tank! No one accompanied me to check the car! I inspected it, found no issues, and drove off!

全体的には比較的スムーズで、レンタルも車の処理速度も速いし、別途の保険も請求されていない。 海外ではセルフサービスが普及しているのかもしれないが、直接検車のステップを省き、カウンターに印刷されたフォームにだけ車体の損傷部位をリストアップし、英文レベルが一次棒ではないことにピンと来ない。駐車場で半日大騒ぎして出て行って、最後の中国系の男性のスタッフは私の検車に協力して、そしてリストに併んでいない損傷の情況を再びコンピュータの記録に加えて、とても感激します!
