i booked toyota but nissan was allocated. and windows and door lock were manual, not auto, amazingly oldfashion. the received car has scratch at my receipt but car document didn't have record of damage, that will trigger trouble on late upcharge by non responsible damage. also check in took quite long time, many people waiting 30min or more..

booking was easy.

Car was great. Clean, tidy, minor marks that I pointed out but they really weren’t that bothered on drop off. Pick up less than an hour. Guy on desk tried to up sell a few items like pre paid tolls which I didn’t need and luckily didn’t take. Up sold fuel, which suited me, cheap enough at $42. On site at airport so easy to find. Excellent experience, would use again.

Everything was seamless and painless. Will use again and definitely recommend.

HIGHLY UPSET - I was charged $139.86 instead of $43.57 when I returned vehicle which is $96.29 extra fees. Called & your rep 1st tried to say it was taxes & when I explained that was too high b/c my entire rental was only $159, he reviewed it more. Then said it was convenience fee for not refueling vehicle upon return. I don't understand why I'm charged this when the counter rep who rented me the vehicle specifically told me NOT to refuel, that they have an assembly line return & it speeds things up. He even said the gas would be a better price. NEVER did he say this was an upgraded feature that cost money. NOW I wonder if I will be hit with an upgraded fee since the same counter rep said he was upgrading my car since the one I selected was not available. I have NEVER in my life returned a car without filling up but I know he specifically told me Not to & I even remarked to him that I'd never heard of such & was pleasantly surprised Advantage offers this customer service. I am now regretting that thought because I got the worst customer service in that I was SCAMMED. The rep completely Lied & when he said not to fill up. Worse is that I only used $5.50 worth of gas. 1) The online booking was fine. But when at the EZ/Easy/Advantage DESK to pick up the PREPAID car, they said I owed a further $27... could NOT say for what. I showed them my "fully paid, pay nothing at pickup" printed receipt from the online booking, but the desk clerk just kept exclaiming "it's on the screen!" and "that's another company (who books online), not Advantage, so that's their problem!". I paid the darn $27 to get the car, PLUS ANOTHER $200 "DEPOSIT" which I did not read about ANYWHERE when I was booking. Stressful pick up. But the good news is the car was fine, and the $227 charge has now disappeared off my credit card after returning the car. So the desk clerk really has no idea and could not explain any of that, which would have been much more helpful. 2) I had to electronically sign on their system that I accept their insurance, but I was DECLINING, as I have my own insurance (and for my own insurance to kick in, I MUST "decline" the rental insurance). The clerk kept saying "it's included!" Confusing, as the online booking did not include insurance and I was not being charged for it. If insurance is free/included, by all means say so all over the place!

Dislike: Crack in the windshield from the hailstorm the day before we picked up the car.
