The store is in the University of Illinois Airport at Champaign. The sign is small so it was hard to find at first, but the staff were very friendly. They don't accept UnionPay, and the driver must have a Visa card. I was misinformed by the bank before traveling abroad, so remember to bring a Visa card! While anxiously negotiating a cancellation with QEEQ's overseas service (the agent's verbal refusal to cancel before I used the car was very disappointing), Alamo car rental made an exception and let me use my wife's Visa card to fulfill the rental. My road trip in the U.S. was saved! I rented a Kia MPV but got a Dodge MPV instead with a powerful 3.5 V6 engine. The Alamo agent was amazing! We drove from Champaign to Chicago, Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and finally to New York over seven days, all guided by a phone GPS (we didn't rent a GPS, and the car didn't have one). After returning the car, we drove my sister's SUV to Boston and Rhode Island, perfectly achieving our plan to drive across the East Coast with family. It was an unforgettable, beautiful memory. Returning the car in New York was fast and easy. Just signed, swiped the card to pay an extra $360, and it was done after a quick fuel check. Extremely convenient!
