Great car, great car park staff, not very smooth pick up process

The car was amazing. The staff at the car park were really friendly and helpful too. But the staff at the desk were not so friendly and also a bit of a mess - a long queue formed and we waited almost an hour even though we arrived with just 2 groups in front of us. Also, I would recommend taking photos of the car beforehand. There was a scratch that was not caused by us but had not been recorded. The blame would have been put on us had I not taken a photo that showed it was there before we left.

Everything was so easy and quick! And the auto rebook was really good.
