Advice on pick up was in correct. App and comms said to meet in the car park. The service provider was a different company name (Scandia rent) vs the one listed on the booking. So it took a number of phone calls and going to the information point at the airport to collect the car. On the return journey we paid 175 euro to have an alternate drop off location to the pick up, but again multiple phone calls were required to coordinate.
