The staff is kind with good communication. They gave us a car with the tank empty, but we insisted that the booking was with the tank full. Finally, they accepted and filled the tank.

Customer service answered all our questions.

Staff were supportive . Despite that car was mentioned as A instead of GLA but they gave us a big car at same price .

The staff at the counter tried to give me another smaller car initially stating that it was more fuel/cost efficient. It was only when I refused it that I was offered another car of similar size as the one I had booked but had to wait for 45 minutes for that car to be delivered.

Booking was straightforward although it would be useful to understand what are the alternative cars that could be offered in each category.

Could not ever get through to an English speaking operator for the customer service numbers provided me even though it was offered on the call menu. Just infinite waits and call was never answered. Also 5 days after turn in and there is still an extra "deposit" charge still on our credit card. Was supposed to be reversed.

Like: I have been upgraded to brand new better car for free ... service was amazing ... you can not ask for more really ... thank you Enterprise for making our vacation incredible.
