Great Service and Car but not Full to Full!

Car was scratched up all around, interior lights did not work, some doors handles hardly worked... altogether the vehicle was in a poor condition. But it did drive..

The car was ok. It was given to me with 1/10 of gas. Not knowing how much I would need I filled it up. Barely used 2/10 in 4days. It would have been good first to give the car with a full tank, second always give the customer an idea on consumption. Felt ripped off at the end

Ok. There should be an alert on condition of cars

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I visited Kefalonia with my girlfriend and rented a car here for 2 days. We were offered 50 Euro insurance but declined because we had purchased external insurance. The car was inspected by a Europcar team member and scratches and marks were noted. The underside of the car was not inspected. We were EXTREMELY careful when driving around for 2 days. Upon arrival, the car was inspected and we were told that a there was a scratch on the UNDERSIDE of the car and 300 Euros was payable. I can guarantee you that not only did we not cause this scratch, but that the underside of the car was NOT inspected properly in the first instance. Slow and bad customer service. I came the day before my reservation when they were not busy asking them if there was some paperwork I could do in advance and they told me don’t worry don’t worry we’ll do everything tomorrow. Then I have arrived here today and they have asked me to send them by email the confirmation of the booking. They seemed to not even have my booking clear and I have been waiting now for more than half an hour because every single telephone call seem to take preference over myself being here in the office. Avoid this place if possible and rent some where else

The car was not what we had booked. Although a bigger model the car was not in good mechanical condition and struggled with the hills in Crete. When we collected the car it had almost no petrol and we had to find a petrol station within a couple of miles of the airport. This was not what we were expecting as we'd been told it was a full-to-full fuel policy.
