Lionel, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. You feel like you're awaited and not just a customer. The desk is not really in the airport building but just next to it and they make sure to get you at the airport and bring you back there...No big deal. If you're unsure, you can even walk there it's 5'. I've booked previously in the airport, no big difference!
