We got a Nissan 5-seats X-trial instead of the Honda CRV 7seats we ordered. The car seats are full of stains, especially the back row, don't even feel comfortable placing our personal belongings on it. Fortunately, no one needs to seat in the back row. No proper instructions on drop-off point, the staff said to search KLIA airport blok D in google maps but it cannot be located!

車を取る時も返す時も態度は友好的で、仕事はとても責任を持って、特に車を取る時は、すでに午前2時過ぎになって、依然としてとても細心に各仕事を完成して、しかも強制にいかなる項目を押し売りして、好評です。車を取りに行く時、従業員はすべて中国語を話せませんが、英語はできます、英語が少し良いのは交流して差し支えありません。
