Four days into the rental, I found that a tire had a slow leak. I had to refill the tires every 5 days after that. When I called Hertz, I was told to just come in and that they would replace my vehicle...no problem. But when I got there, I had to spend over an hour...no vehicle except very small vehicles was available and worse than that I was told in robotic fashion bothy by the agent and manager that "according to protocol" I was responsible for repair of the leak. They would not listen to reason or the particulars of my story. This was extremely frustrating. This is not what I expect from a customer-friendly place.

さすがに大きい会社だけあって、車は新しい。第一空港では荷物を運ぶのに便利な車がたくさんあります。第二カウンターはとても多くて、併ぶ時間はとても短いです;第三従業員は保険を尋ねますが、しかし更に一言の売り込みがありません;4番目に早く、数分で手続きが完了した。いずれにしてもヘルツは推奨されている。
コールはすぐに応じて直ちに。一回目はLAで事故が発生して処理の流れを連絡します;二回目はオレゴンで車の中に鍵をかけていたが、車のドアに車を呼んで鍵を開けるのを待ち、一時間半も遅れた。つまり、お客様サービスのレスポンスと問題解決力は意外と優れています。
