Customer service was terrible and rude.

Very happy with experience. waiting for shuttle outside was hot. Would have been nice to wait inside.

The staff at Easirent were nice and helped me with everything I needed. Picking up was easy although there was an issue with one of the tires but the lady helped me fill it up at the location and I was on my way!

I don't understand Easyrentcars was so much cheaper than all the other options. I was nervous but seemingly for no reason and everything seemed to work out superbly.

Only issue was that the tank was only 3/4 full on pickup

The car was not cleaned properly. Windshield and back window had so many water spots they were difficult to look out of. Inside of the car was dusty No signage if where to drop the car off Inside office was dirty and trashy

They sucked!!!!! Wrong car, and they have THE WORST workers

it took them two hours to find the vehicle it was given late and i was later for an hour and charged me late fee! horrible company!

Car was in lousy shape. Dash finish was cracked/chipped. Was promised a Jeep or similar and what I got was a roller skate. Backseat was so cramped my handicapped mother couldn't get in and out.

Brand new car. No data port just old school cig. lighter.

Ace was a shuttle ride away. Pleasant CS but promoted w/in JAX airport but was not, we had to pick up car & drive 3 more hours to our destination. It was an exhausting day of traveling. Also mislead by $45 pre-paid fuel. Don’t recommend buying like we did. Not pro-rated. Not explained well at pickup. Cost exceeded booking $. Never had this happen b4 with Ace.

Misleading / marketing that Ace was at JAX airport. Was off-site & added an extra hour to our long trip.

went to pickup the car on time, to be told have no cars available and have to wait for a car to come in, horrible, bad service and wasted my time

they will do their best to get more money out of you. they offered the $3 upgrade to more than one person while I was standing. if you complain about the car they give you for any reason, they will tell you they don't have another one in the same price range, but if you pay an extra $3 per day they will get you a better car or a car without whatever you complained about. other than that, the staff seems nice. but the whole process lacks some integrity. shuttle drivers are nice people

Don’t believe the star ratings!!!! Can someone please help me understand how I can give 1 star on 6/6 questions (cos I couldn’t give lower) but my “Overall Rating” averaged out to 2??? This service is so pitiful they have to rig the rating system??

Did not have the car I Booked offered a smaller car which would have been very inconvenience and would not fit my luggage and stroller we also asked if it would be available next day the gentleman said they can not guarantee that so we requested for refund but have not received it yet

This went smoothly, the location is convenient and the wait no more than at the airport where lines can be longer.

Very pleased all round. Would recommend and will use again. Can’t be the value.

Ace Rental runs a poor operation that left all Ace customers waiting by the curb wondering where the shuttle was after more than a half hour. The car was provided in a poor condition. Tire pressure was off in one tire, washer fluid indicator reported no washer fluid present, and car made concerning noises at high speeds. There was also no spare tire in the trunk in case of flats.
