Like: Traci who served me on 20 July 2018 at 2pm when I dropped off my car was so friendly and helpful. For that, I will be back. She dropped me off at the airport as well. Dislike: Nothing.
Like: Outstanding friendly service. Staff went way beyond their call for duty. Stretched their services to such a great extent to accommodate our demands. Free upgrade of vehicle, free extended after hours return, offered us friendly personal advice and travel tips. Overlooked a small scratch without charging us extra. Highly recommend. Dislike: A short delay in picking up but no worries at all.
