Nous avons réservé un siège auto au prix de 5,83 mad/jour soit 58,3 mad pour 10j. A l’arrivee l’agent nous demandait 700 mad! Qui après négociation s’est transformé en 58,83 par jour soit 10 fois le prix annoncé alors que sur son papier c’etait Bien écrit par location et non par jour. une honte d’escroquer les touristes dès leur arrivée à l’aeroport !
Pas de comptoir. Nécessité d'appeler la société Sovoy à 3 reprises pour savoir où récupérer la voiture. Personnel qui arrive 35 min en retard. Voiture OK mais réservoir quasi vide.

Nous avons loué un tiguan ou similaire... on se retrouve avec 1 dacia duster. Ce n'est pas similaire. Pas de comptoir. Une voiture dans le parking en guise de comptoir!
Pick up point was impossible, contact number was on voice mail and was never given car papers and became an issue when i was asked for them when returning as I as never given them.

1. A Dacia Dokker is NOT mini car and has nothing similar with Kia Picanto (the advertised model). It's a business car. A pickup :-) At least it was new and diesel.
2. The pick-up location of diRent (parking lot #326) is practically impossible to find at 1 a.m. (no information at the airport, no one knows anything about diRent), luckily someone picked up the company phone and helped me find it (and even more luckily there was whom to buy a SIM card from at the airport, otherwise the 10-munute call in roaming would cost me over 50% the rental price).
3. Another call to someone in the company was needed to convince the diRent employee that 11 p.m. means 23:00. He wanted to write in the contract that I should return the car at 11:00 a.m., even though the booking read 11:00 p.m.
Apart from that everything was OK.

Unfortunately, getting the car took me more than two hours. Since the phone number indicated in the voucher did not answer, and the name of the operating company was entered incorrectly.
And the deposit was returned about a month, despite promises to do it within a few days.
