They changed us extra money, even if we payed in advance whole rental price! They are thieves!!!

Hertz did not have the car we reserved and they took a deposit on two credit cards, neither have been adjusted to the correct amount as of yet

I still waiting for them to refund 300 eur for the insurance deposit

The car was not a jeep compass enten thugh there was several at the Pick up spot. There was 5-6 damages, the first staff member had a lot of pictures of the damages. And when I returner the car, they wanted we to pay for One of those damages.....only because I had several pictures of the car from the Pick up date, I managed to get through the drop off circus!!

I was expecting a ford focus equivalent but was given a tiny Renault Captur whjich did not fit all our luggage in

All is great, except for the waiting time on the car pick-up. Without any exaggeration, I landed at 14:05, spent a lot of time at the passport control(my mistake), found the sicily by car counter at 15:25 and picked up the car at 17:50 so 2 hours and 25 min - this is really unacceptable.

This rental ended up costing more than USD$900 with no clear explanation. This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.

Used Target several times. Always excellent service. Only reason for not giving 5* is that the car was quite dusty inside. Otherwise excellent as usual.

I love this company but it was terrible service in Bologna. We spent 85 minutes to rent our car.

Car was good - this option we got a Fiat 500. Definitely only suitable for a couple with bags. Not large enough for a family. However, Europcar did not walk us round the car on arrival and charged us for damage under the car which may (or likely may not) have been caused by us! be sure to check under the bumper even with a respectable company like Europcar!!

Easyrentcars made the process incredibly easy and were very professional, supportive and quick with helping get back our insurance claim paperwork from Europar (we had taken out zero excess cover with Easyrent!)

L’hôtesse d’accueil était très agressive car nous avons refusé de faire une assurance chez elle car nous avions pris l’assurance complète déjà avt de partir chez AXA... Nous avions vraiment l’impression qu’elle était payée au nombre d’assurances qu’elle faisait.... Nous avons tenus bon et elle hésitait même à nous louer la voiture !!! Un comble vu que de notre côté, tout était payé et que nous étions en règle d’assurance.....

Booking, car, drop off all very good. Staff at Maggiore counter trying hard but understaffed, failing systems and lost paper work resulted in a wait of nearly an hour before we got the keys. Then they were clearly under instruction to sell insurance extras, which annoyed customers and caused even longer delays.

car wasn't in the best condition and was banged up quite a bit. I had to ask for more damanges to be shown on the rental paper beforehand. But besides that everything went well.
