Like: Very kind and serviceable staff. I left my camera in the car and they returned it back to me.

I requested auto and had a call on the day saying it wouldn’t be available due to an accident. I was offered a free upgrade to a manual or a manual of the same level. I took the same level stating I would need a discount due to the premium paid for an auto. This was provided and a good deal was had in the end

Like: very good car !!!!!
Dislike: GPS built in the car and the staff charges the extra GPS !!! Very on professional!

We arrived late at night and without being able to reach anyone at the car rental it took us a long time to find the place. Once we arrived there was 1 sleepy attendant that took his time and wasted over a half hour just to fill out paper work. Once paperwork was signed he came with us to the parking lot and made us sign a paper that we inspected the car. But in a pitch black lot with no lights it’s impossible to see any minor damages at 2am. When we returned the car 1 day later 2 attendants came out to inspect the car and claimed to have found a scratch under the car that you can only feel with your hands (not visible to the eye) HE ASKED US TO PAY 177 EURO FOR DAMAGES. WHEN WE REFUSES HE THREATENED US TO CALL THE POLICE AND STOP US FROM LEAVING THE COUNTRY WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY HIM

Professionals and yet friendly. Would definitely recommend them

Like: Quick friendly service with no pressure to buy extra insurance or services Car as promised, high mileage but ran and drove perfectly 9 seater ford transit
Dislike: Just a little longer wait than expected for dropping us back to the airport

I picked up the car with an empty tank. I was not given an option and had to fill the car immediately. I was told not to worry bring the car back empty as well. On bringing back the car empty I have now been charged extra for fuel !!!

There were problems with their computer software so it too over 30 minutes to complete the paperwork when picking up the car. They would not accept Euros nor a card to pay for a parking ticket and as a result I was unable to pay for it within the specified period on the ticket. It didn't make any sense that they wouldn't take my forms of payment and now my fine has increased as a result.

Like: The staff was very helpful and friendly! I suppose the staff is at least 1 employee short, therefore there was a quite long waiting time on picking up the car. In overall we were happy with the car and with the service.
Dislike: Although we spent quite long time to picked up the car, but that wasn't a big issue.

No enough information about the conditions of the booking, some extra rules that the guys in the front desk didn't explain with clarity, the car conditions was good, but definitely the car was not clean, the quantity of km for rent car in Hungary and driving to near country are ridiculous small, just they making a rule to rip-off more money.
