Everything perfect with hertz except that I paid a full deposit and they gave me only half, after contacting customer service they have returned the amount. Very happy with the rental.

It was a smooth process although we had a bit of trouble locating the budget car rental at the airport in Dallas. This transaction was easy and I am so thankful the literature told us to carry the voucher with us. Thanks

Did not get the vehicle a promised. Got a bigger truck instead and had to spend more gas. They are also charging more per additional day. $46 vs $27 power xtra day.
Like: The staff were helpful and efficient, and the price was better than other dealers. Dislike: The car made a funny sound when you ran the AC on high, which was a must in Dallas in the summertime!

The woman at the leasing counter was very helpful and polite. She made sure I understood everything and even explained about how the tolls worked. When I picked up the car it was ready and waiting for me. It had a little bit of an odd smell but nothing that we could not live with for the whole weekend. Overall Customer service at Dollar rental was great.
