Like: The car was almost new and in great condition.
Dislike: The location was understaffed, hence a very long queue at pickup counter.

The car was ok just way to low the associate at the counter was not friendly at all the price had increased by about 2 dollars and all she said it that the company I dealt with dont know what they are doing and that what she quoted was what had to be paid if i wanted the rental. not sure If I would do this again

very easy to book pricing with the actual location was different need to get that fixed ASAP

Shouldn’t be asking to print all those papers since all the information is in the app ( had to get new ink for my printer).

Good friendly service - although the place was a little hard to find. Vehicle was excellent. We used it for a shopping trip up to woodbury common - plenty of space for all of us and all our shopping.

Advantage management did not adequately plan enough cars to fulfill their reservations. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a car.

Like: The staff was very friendly and very helpful I would like to thank them for helping me there's nothing I didn't like the staff was wonderful staff was very nice nothing to complain

There are hidden and extra charges that I wasn’t aware of while booking through easy rent cars. Advantage’s charges were much more when I got to the office. I will never rent a car through them again. They are sharks!!!

Like: THE PRICE COMPARE TO OTHER CAR RENTALS
Dislike: THE TIME SPENT ON SHUTTLE BUS TO GET TO RENTAL AND THEN TO AIRPORT

Yes I was booked the car with medium Suv/ Toyota RAV4. But when we arrived for pick up the car the staff told us the they ran out of SUV car. But we already book the car before. They offer me a small which not much space for the luggage. We have to wait for decied about 10-15 mins then another customer return a Toyota camry car. I ask them for that car. Thay said ok but they did not give me any discount even the Toyota camry is more cheaper then SUV. The staff was not helpful and friendly. Feel very upset for the first time with them. Waste money, waste time.!!
