Matthew at the counter was very helpful. We made three separate bookings (which was cheaper than making one continuous booking), and instead of bringing the vehicle back after the first booking, he allowed us to keep the car and do the checkout over the phone. Outstanding customer service.
Picked up the car at Norwich airport. Check in process was smooth. However, the car had a lot of minor dents and scratches on it.. Spent some time reviewing these damages against the ones listed on the system. Booking system was not working so got a manual confirmation advice. Car interiors were good and got a free sat nav upgrade..
Europcar had only one agent who was tied up with two clients which caused me to have to wait 40 minutes before he could book me out - I took 5 minutes to process.
