Flight Details--You must provide a flight number when picking up a car at Sydney Airport. If a valid flight number is not present, the vehicle will be ready at the DOMESTIC T2 Terminal. Domestic Travellers - There is Rental Collection Counters in Every Terminal at Sydney Airport,while due to the repair works of the airport recently, vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs will take place at temporary facilities on Ross Smith Avenue, and there will a free shuttle bus,please kindly check with counter staff . International Travellers - The Collection Counter is located within the Terminal and then the car park where the cars are located is directly outside the terminal. This car collection point is also the return area.

Very satisfied, the staff were very nice and explained everything in detail during the pickup. When returning the car, there was some minor scratch damage. We proactively informed the rental company, and after confirmation, they did not deduct the deposit. The car was new and easy to drive!
