Once you have arrived at the airport and collected your luggage please call us on Freephone 0800 237 637 from NZ mobiles or +64 3 777 4110 from international phones. Alternatively, locate the rental car phone board in the rental car area and dial 804 to reach us. Head to the Car Rental kiosks. Use the free phone under the sign “Public telephones”. Look for the sign “Way Out” to exit and turn RIGHT going to the car rental pick-up area near the taxi stand.
