Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs, please call us on (04) 213 8938 to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, exit the terminal through the main door G on the ground floor near the baggage collection. 1. Upon arrival, phone 0800 300 115 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up. 2. Proceed to the ground floor and exit through doors E, F, or G. Turn to the right. 3. Follow the footpath down to a sign saying PRE-BOOKED VEHICLE & CAR RENTAL SHUTTLE and wait for our branded Apex shuttle van to pick you up. 4. When the van arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer. 5. Please tell the driver your name and show him your confirmation (if required). 6.
