J'ai loué une golf (ou similaire) , je me suis retrouvé avec une Hyundai accent , ce qui n'est pas du tout similaire en terme de qualité. J'ai l'impression que le terme "similaire " est de plus en plus utilisé comme une faille par les agences de location low cost. Dans le cas présent une remise commerciale significative a été appliquée pour moi par europcar donc je m'estime satisfait

When I came to Erufacar They did not have the car I ordered -Hyundai i20, So they gave me a Nissan micra that is similar to Hyundai i10. that was Terrible Because There was not enough room for people or bags. Except for the weak engine he had. Thank you

Guys in the garage were extremely rude on the pick up. Then, on the drop off, the same guy who was extremely rude, with a cell phone flashlight, found a tiny nail in my tire after looking for it for 10 minutes. Still convinced the nail was in the car before we picked it up. Added an extra hour to our already 1 hour drop off time.
