Long walk from counter to car but relatively easy. Good service although only a small office so only 1 member of staff at counter. Quick to pick up car once we were seen at the counter.

The car was too expensive overall, second driver was very expensive per day. The space in the car and boot was very small. The luggage description/car storage was misleading. Fuel consumption was economical.

The car was new with only delivery mileage so couldn't have been better. Staff tried to sell me insurance even though I had already bought some. Not had the deposit back yet so am reviewing on the basis that it comes back ok.
