Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.

The counter staff at pickup were very helpful. The delay in completing paperwork etc was due to an internet outage for the whole south-east due to Storm Ashley. No staff to receive car at Gatwick North terminal, but just parked and left key in the box.

The pick up was terrible. We couldn't fine the place, the service was extremely slow. The car was not what we booked and too small so we had to upgrade and pay more
