The service from Citer was excellent. After discovering a flat tire near Angers, France, we contacted Citer's customer service. They quickly arranged a taxi to take us from the incident site to Angers (about 40KM away) and promptly organized a car replacement. Additionally, the staff at Citer in Lyon Train Station, Paris, were very helpful. When we returned the car, they patiently directed us to the nearest gas station, making things convenient for us. They also meticulously gathered the necessary documents for our insurance claim once we returned home.
