But other than that, everything was great.

The response from their customer service team was prompt and effective; they immediately called M7 rental cars and resolved the issue. QEEQ not only provided the correct information but also followed up to ensure the pick-up was successful. I usually don't leave comments on platforms, but I felt compelled to mention this because their service was exceptionally kind and far from mere formalities.
