+good communications also via WhatsApp +friendly staff showing in details all the things taht are off with the car - there was some dirt on the ceiling in the interior that we did not notice for a long time +/-we got upgraded to a bigger car (+ cause its bigger, -as we didn't need the space and driving in a smaller one would be more than ok)
