I called to be picked so we could be picked up and had to leave a voicemail, I then had to call a second time and this time someone answered and told us we’d be picked up in ten minutes.
I ordered a Ford Fiesta and was given an upgrade to a Citroen C4. Not what I would call an upgrade, more the opposite.
