Like: Easy to reserve vehicle. Nice vehicle and I liked the way Alamo handled almost everything. Dislike: They offered a printed receipt when I dropped off the vehicle but I said I didn't need a printed receipt so the woman said she would email a receipt to me. It has been two days and I still have not received that emailed receipt. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
All good except for an unauthorised and unexplained debit of $60 on my credit card 3 days after our return.
Car was returned with full tank, no damage.
Am seeking explanation and refund from you!!
