The car was terrible an old extremly used Nissan Micra nothing close to what I got confirmed as car Renault C3.
I was extremly dissapointed and angry as would have never rented the Nissan Micra then so old and used.
It was very difficult and tireing to drive
the car on long distances.
The avis staff at the counter didnt tell
me anything about the Deposit how much when it be returned.Neither
explained where to pick it up from.
He was so quick acting rude unfriendly
and not helpful at all.
Didnt want to help me get a car closer to what I reserved.The opposite he recommended the worse car Nissan Micra.
I tried to contact you immediately
to change the car but it was impossible
as I couldnt get through on your phone contact.I tried it a few times the english number and german.
It was renting cars a lot, the worst
experience I had so far.

Voiture toute abîmer , mauvaise communication erreur sur mon mail pendant tout le séjour aucune preuve de location de la voiture ,on a essayer de vendre une assurance complémentaire en insistant lourdement , malgré que je dises que j’avais déjà soucrit une assurance et au retour de la voiture on m’ a accuser d’ avoir endommagé le côté droit de l’aile avant , je leur ai expliqué que la voiture était en très mauvaise état à la réception et que j’ ai fait des photos et sur la photo , il a vu que la voiture était endommagé déjà sur l’ aile , je n’ai pas apprécié cette mésaventure je garde d’ ailleurs ces photos

I didn’t order insurance when booking in advance online, for the simple reason that it clearly states on the booking website that you CAN use your own car insurance, and DO NOT HAVE TO buy it threw the rental company. I bought Allianz car rental insurance which according to them, covers both the Hertz company and Israel as a country in general. Upon arrival at the Hertz desk at Tel Aviv International Airport I was laughed at and rudely told by both the man and woman there that there is no such thing as having your own insurance and that everyone MUST pay whatever amount the rental car company charges for insurance, whether you want to or not. Basically at the end of the day I waited 4-5 hours for an explanation and clarification about the prices and total amount I would owe if changing my order to a smaller and cheaper vehicle in order to avoid paying double the amount I had printed out from my online order confirmation. I still ended up paying much more than expected and way more than the original price I booked online. I am very unhappy with the service I received and I will never again use Hertz. If at all possible I would appreciate some type of compensated for all the trouble, extra fees and waste of my time while on vacation. I honestly never thought it would be THAT difficult to rent a car and get a decent price, especially considering I booked it online in advance, planning and preparing for my travels ahead of time. Saying I am disappointed with the way that worked out would be an understatement.

Very good rental agency. There is no additional airport fee aside from the rental price you pay on easyrentcars.com. The car had only 7000 km on the meter, was a little dent and scratched which is normal for Israel. Counter personnel was very polite and very helpful in explaining the conditions of the rental. We have been also explained to avoid the 50 Shekel (NIS) fee by not going onto Highway no. 6 which is payable by an electronic system, however, we choose to drive on it and to pay the fee which in our opinion was acceptable.

Easyrentcars.com did a great job as always and also rebooked with the price alert function turned on.
J'ai loué une golf (ou similaire) , je me suis retrouvé avec une Hyundai accent , ce qui n'est pas du tout similaire en terme de qualité.
J'ai l'impression que le terme "similaire " est de plus en plus utilisé comme une faille par les agences de location low cost.
Dans le cas présent une remise commerciale significative a été appliquée pour moi par europcar donc je m'estime satisfait
Staff at the Tel Aviv desk were extremely slow and not very helpful. I had to queue for around an hour to be served. Then the man serving me didn't tell me the car required an immobiliser code. So after dragging all my luggage to the car, I found it wouldn't start, so had to go all the way back to the desk to have the immobiliser code explained, then go back to the car again. In total it took about 90 minutes meaning I was driving to my destination in the dark.
Catastrophique PLUS JAMAIS, ils ont voulu m’obliger a prendre une assurance de 24 dollars par jour, alors que j'avais donné la preuve de mon assurance carte première, ayant refusé leur assurance et après plus d'une heure de discussion, je n'ai pas pu récupérer mon véhicule car je n'ai pas cédé à leur obligation de prendre leur assurance, j'attends maintenant que l'on me rembourse ma location.
We had a horrible experience with this specific car and the false information that was given to us at Ben Gurion airport from the Albar agent. He told us that the car would need diesel gas. We kept questioning him and he said that diesel was used for that model.
Sunday morning the code did not work - we spent 3 hours waiting for a mechanic to fix the problem.
Monday - all the lights on the dashboard went off! We
drove to the Albar center in Bet Shemesh but before that we filled it up with diesel gas, as instructed. The car stopped working in the middle of 3855 and we waited 4 hours for a tow! The customer service center kept changing the time and it was very difficult to get any information from them.
We were told we would have to complete a problem form but no one knew what to do when we dropped the car off at Ramat Beit Shemesh B on Friday morning. We will not be paying for any of the repairs to this car since we were misled and had other problems with it!
When I came to Erufacar They did not have the car I ordered -Hyundai i20, So they gave me a Nissan micra that is similar to Hyundai i10. that was Terrible Because There was not enough room for people or bags. Except for the weak engine he had.

Low condition car, when I complained one good customer service girl ( Iris) promised to change it. I drove 55km to change, on the way when I called to confirmed 2 customer service guys said “no we don’t have!” In a rude way, let me wait 10 min on the phone twice, promised to call back and never called.
