Everything was perfect! Staff, car, pick-up and return.

Car was damaged and pointed out at the time of pick up. However same was not in the system at the time of drop and has been disputed. Arrogant and unhelpful staff. Charged incorrectly for upgrade than discussed. Avoid this company

The Car was Upgraded for free, The Fuel Tank Was Not Full The Staff Both Sides Were not too good just ok.

The woman i dealt with at the counter was rude, impatient, belittling, etc. It was the worst car rental service i have ever had in my entire life!!

Love the upgrade to a VW Tiguan, the car was perfect to the whole trip around Switzerland.

Honestly,this is my first time booking through EasyRentCars and to my surprise it was excellent. At first I had a skeptical thoughts because as others said, book only from official website Europcar, Sixt, Hertz etc big company, cuz it will not give headache. Cuz Dollar is not very big names like others,but it is managed by Hertz so it was no problem at all. During collecting my car was great cuz the staff very friendly and helpful. She upgrade from my Ford Focus estate to Mazda CX5 with addition CHF10 per day..and ad hoc add in second driver for CHF50 only, I got the brand new car with only 8km milage..just a new born baby for me

EasyRentCars platform was a great one out of all and the price drop protector was really make a magic for me who wants a better price. Plus the voucher also help reduce the total fee which is always a bonus for newbie like me. I have no problems with EasyRentCars, great.

Despite having booked a wagon-size car by mistake the staff were able to change to a standard car for me. Unfortunately this one had little torque so was not very good on mountain passes. :-(

Apparently I booked a wagon without knowing it, this should be clearer.

They quiet Helpful eventhough we didn't get our Selected and Prepurchase car. No regret.

Everything went smooth, easy and without any hassle. The car was exactly what I had wanted, small, fuel efficient and perfect for our needs.

The full size wagon I booked online was not available at the time of the pick-up and I was given a full-size car; it was tight for a family of five with luggages. Also, I was not given a fare adjustment for the downgrade. Other than that the booking, pick-up and drop-off experience was excellent.

No one answered the phone to change the reservation. There was no option to change it online.
