alamo at CLUJ airport is represented by enterprise rent a car. the counter ius easy to find at arrival hall, near all the other rental car companys. The staff are very friendly and customer-oriented. adequate foreign language skills available. everything is explained well. Vehicle was very clean and tidy, all pre-damages were already in the rental agreement. according to easyrentcars bail/depositwas 700 €. unfortunately, 840 € were blocked (+ 20% VAT).
It was a shame the way the car was. Absolutely full of rubbish, hairs, food, and bad smell. Disgusting. It was dirty outside and inside. In addition, the screen didn't work.
