Overall it went pretty smoothly, but you really need to pay close attention to the pickup time. If you’re going to be late, especially by a lot, it’s best to call ahead and let them know. Otherwise, if you pick up the car the next day, they’ll charge you based on a new daily rate, which can end up being quite a bit higher.

Everything went smoothly, both pickup and return were really convenient.

Overall the service was great. The Black guy at the counter was really friendly and talked me into getting full coverage. Since I only drove in the city and parked in a garage at night, it felt a bit unnecessary and I ended up paying an extra 200 bucks. When we returned the car, one of the older staff noticed we’d left our bag at their office and personally drove us back to pick it up, then took us to the airport again. Their attitude was amazingly good.

The rental company was easy to find and once I showed them the pickup slip, the paperwork was done really quickly. The only downside was I couldn’t get the exact car model I’d booked – this seems to happen a lot. It’d be great if they could actually provide the model you reserve in advance.

It was my first time driving a right-hand-drive car so I was a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, but the car was super smart with all kinds of assist features—lane keeping, blind spot/lane change alerts, adaptive speed limit, etc. It really reduced the chance of an accident and made city driving feel easy and under control. Loved it!

Saw this deal on QEEQ and originally wanted a Toyota Corolla, but at the counter they gave us a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Drove over 600 km on the Great Ocean Road, even went on some muddy roads, and it handled really well, so we didn’t bother insisting on the Corolla anymore. The whole trip went smoothly with nothing to complain about.

Staff were pretty nice both at pickup and drop-off. But the Forester they gave me was a really old model with no wireless CarPlay, so I had to use my phone for navigation the whole trip and mount it above the dashboard. It was tiring to look at and it kept almost falling off.

I’d already bought insurance back home, but when I got there they pushed me to add more. I don’t really speak the language, and they made it sound like I couldn’t pick up the car without it, so I just went ahead and paid for the extra coverage.

Pickup was super smooth and the car was almost brand new—drove perfectly! The whole trip was a joy and I’d definitely book with them again.

Really happy with this rental. They even upgraded my car at pickup, so it was basically a brand-new Audi. Tom was super friendly and really responsible. I returned the car about 10 minutes later than planned and the branch had already closed, but Tom still helped me out, took the car back, and finished all the paperwork the next day without me having to go back in. Huge shout-out to Tom, really appreciate what he did!

The staff were pretty nice and the pickup was really quick. They accept digital documents for collecting the car, which is super convenient. I only took the basic insurance from the rental company and didn’t add anything extra, but the staff still took the time to remind me to set Google Maps to avoid ferries and gave me the relevant contact numbers in case anything happens or I need emergency assistance.

Jiaya’s cars come with driver-assist features, so driving is a lot easier and less tiring.

So far I’m really happy with it. They gave me a pretty new car with a huge trunk and CarPlay. I guess paying a bit more was worth it. The credit card charge took a while to go through, but as long as there aren’t any weird extra fees, this was a great experience overall.
