You can walk to the counter of Hertz - Suvarnabhumi Airport car rental.

The rental office is located near Terminal 7 of the Arrival Hall of Terminal T1 (old terminal). After taking the luggage, please follow the signs and it will take about 5 minutes for you to get to the rental counter for pickup. If you are in terminal T2 (new terminal), you can take the free shuttle bus to the T1 at the gate for about 15 minutes.

Booking platform suggest a Toyota Fortuner but they only provide Issuzu MUX which is quite different in comfort. The car provided also had uneven wheels which made the car vibrate uncomfortably at high speeds.

It's right inside the airport, but it's a very small counter. I was very disappointed to rent a 100,000 km old model car. I can't believe HERTZ still has such an old car. Everything else was good. I don't recommend renting the JAZZ, it's uncomfortable for long drives and not ergonomic at all.

When picking up the car, there was no detailed explanation about extra charges for returning the car late. Additionally, there was no SMS reminder about the return time or late fees. My earphones were left in the car, and there was no notification about it. While returning the car, we were frequently urged to go to the airport to pay for the overtime, which caused our personal items to be left in the car. My Apple earphones were in a small box in the car, but no one contacted me by phone or SMS, and I haven't heard anything even after returning home. I strongly demand compensation for the loss!!!

There was an issue with the license plate. We were taken to the police station and told the car owed taxes. We called the rental company's hotline and were asked to pay 1000 THB as a fine, which was refunded when we returned the car. It wasted our time. I recommend the rental company thoroughly check the vehicle's taxes to ensure it's in proper condition before renting it out.

Hertz and QEEQ did not coordinate well! QEEQ's pickup form did not allow me to get the car. After spending two and a half hours, Hertz saw we had elderly and children, so they gave us a car first and then coordinated with QEEQ. However, the car they gave us was not the Toyota I rented. The pick-up location is a bit far from where the paperwork is done. After completing the procedures, we waited for over ten minutes before someone came to get us. We drove a few kilometers to the pick-up point. The car they provided had several scratches, and we had to check multiple spots for damages. The car didn't look very new and shook a lot when driving fast. However, the air conditioning was quite powerful.

The overall process was good, and the car was in great condition, very clean at pickup with no hidden fees. However, the only downside was that when I returned the car, they said there was a small scratch on the tire and that it needed to be completely replaced (nearly 10,000 THB, very expensive as the daily rental rate was only 190 RMB). Honestly, I didn't hit anything during my rental period, so I'm not sure why there was damage. Maybe I missed it when I picked up the car. Fortunately, I had insurance, but it really affected my mood.
