Pick-up Instructions

The DM PRIME - Orlando International Airport - Mco rental car will be delivered to your place.Please contact the staff to pick up when you arrived.

To confirm your reservation, send an SMS +1 (321) 379-7668 or email (contact@dmprimerental.com). DM PRIME will send you vehicle information prior to your arrival at the airport to avoid lines. DM PRIME will delivery the vehicle to the Orlando Airport (MCO) and will park in Garage A, or B. (In the event these garages are full, I will park in garage C, South Park place, OR North Park place.) Both A and B garages are accessible from the main terminal. Garage A is orange and Garage B is Green. You can follow the signs in the terminal to locate which side the garages are on accordingly. You will then find an elevator to take to the "tunnel". You will walk down the tunnel that will lead you to an elevator. Once in the elevator, the levels are labeled P1-P4 (public parking, not rental) by SMS and email.

Drop-off Instructions

Please use garage A or garage B for drop off, if garage A and B are unavailable, utilize garage C, Levels C3 to C6, any row available. Once you pull into the airport property you will start to see signs for airport parking. The first garage is A and it is ORANGE. You will need to stay in the LEFT hand lane for this garage. The second garage is B. It is a little further down and is GREEN, you will need to stay in the RIGHT hand lane for this garage. VERY IMPORTANT- do not park in the rental area. This area is for enterprise, sixt, etc... Instead use the public parking area. Pull a ticket, enter the garage and use levels 2-4. Please take pictures of the location and send a message in the app with these 3 details- 1. garage (A or B) 2. level 3. row Please leave keys in glove box or center console, and the parking ticket in the cup holder or somewhere easy to locate.
