The service from Europcar at Basel airport was superb. We were a little concerned because we had been offer a higher spec- but automatic car, which took a bot of getting used to. Staff at Europcar showed how it should be driven which was helpful.

The car was upgraded and we had a very nice land rover discovery which was great so 10/10 for customer service.

Parfait ! Les personnes à l'accueil étaient professionnelles et très aimables. Pas simple de retrouver le parking au retour (zone suisse de l'aéroport de Bâle), heureusement, le plan est bien fait ! Merci !

The car was slightly disappointing, being a Renault when the car advertised was BMW or similar. However it was a new vehicle and fit with all other criteria

The counter staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked a manual but had got an automatic which was great due to managing the change of driving side. The staff had given me an address of the petrol garage near to navigate to on return but I still found it difficult to locate.

Counter staff great. Car was a little right on space for 6 adults. We got transit connect 7- seater but great to drive, built in sat Mac etc

It's actually at the same counter as Avis, the process was quite fast, but the GPS price was more expensive than stated online.
