Our SIXT branch is located on the French Side of the airport. If you arrive by plane: follow "Secteur France" to join us. From the International arrival hall, go left, then up to the 1st floor. The entrance to the French side is on your right. Make sure to have your flight travel ticket ready, to go through Swiss to the French side (and opposite). If you arrive by train or by car: take Route douanière (01210 - Ferney Voltaire) to access the French side of the airport.

ATTENTION- onlycustomers with a valid boarding pass of the day(arrival or departure) can go through the customs "Swiss/France",within the Terminal 1. All other customers will not be able to cross the border from inside the Airport to go to the French sector, and will have to cross the border to France via the main road! The lady at the counter was quick and polite during pickup. The guy at the parking area was enthusiastic and helpful, making the whole process fast and pleasant. The services on the QEEQ website were also very reliable, allowing for quick and professional itinerary changes. Most of the rental cars seem to have plates starting with AI, so locals will generally know it's a rental. No need to worry about driving speed or yielding.

They didn't have any snow chains and we were going into the mountains so they upgraded us to a Cadillac Escalade. The car is everything that's wrong with humanity but it was a nice gesture. My only gripe was that when I dislocated my shoulder skiing and we had to put another driver on for the journey back they tried to charge us for an extra driver for the whole week.

4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked. The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.

The counter for pick up at geneva was excellent. I tried to add and additional driver but was told that such a driver was to be present. Since my son was flying into Amsterdam the next day I was told that he could go to any Dollar or Hertz counter and ask them to update the record. When my son arrived in Amsterdam he tried to have Hertz update the record, Hertz called Geneva and the geneva supervisor refused to update the record. I eventually talked to the agent who had given me the info and she updated the record. Cudo's for Ms KAOUTHAR. Excellent service provider.

Lionel, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. You feel like you're awaited and not just a customer. The desk is not really in the airport building but just next to it and they make sure to get you at the airport and bring you back there...No big deal. If you're unsure, you can even walk there it's 5'. I've booked previously in the airport, no big difference!
