レンタカー会社にスタッフがいなかったため、すぐに国内のカスタマーサービスに電話しました。対応が非常に迅速でした。少し急いでいたのでスタッフに対する態度があまり良くありませんでしたが、カスタマーサービスのお姉さんは辛抱強く対応してくれ、一時的な解決策を用意してくれました。今後海外旅行の際もQEEQを選びます。
