Europcar were as always amazing. Easy everything, and very funny and polite. Great customer service

The car wasn't completely cleaned inside, trash in the storage compartment between the front seats. The car was in need of an oil change and service as indicated on the dash each time the car was started.

The counter staff was particularly nice and took the time to explain all the instructions clearly. The car was really adapted to my needs.

Like: Everything about it- brand new car - great price - amazing service!!!

Good service. Better vehicle than expected. A little dusty on outside. Very happy with Alamo. Directions to car was confusing though clear when found it. P4 return area badly signposted at Billund. Could not find entrance.

Je n'ai pas eu voiture que je voulais, et à l'accueil ils n'étaient pas arrangeant. Ensuite ils ont prélevé beaucoup trop d'argent et j'ai eu du mal à tout récupérer... Cela dit, la voiture fonctionnait bien et etait très propre.

Car was better than expected

I got the car from copenhagen airport which was not very far from the arrivals probably around 2km, with bags a bit difficult to walk so better to go and pick up the car first than to get the bags. Car was pretty clean inside out and only 30k km on the clock so very pleased for what i paid overall. Pretty easy to get through to customer service and vecause i lost my flight and i had to catch a new one which was after 23:00hrs they had someone waiting for me there to pick up the key. Very very pleased with them myself.

The Budget-Avis Team were superb and could answer all of my questions. I haven't received my final bill yet, but we shall see if it comes via email or not.

The whole process was easy and the staff on the counter extremely helpful. A designated drop off point would be easier or at least inform people they can park in any available space when dropping off.

Very easy

The vehicle was perfect for our needs. The pickup was very long, and was glad I had my paperwork Easy Rent emailed. The counter person first said I had no reservation, then kept telling me I had no insurance, so I could prove it then kept trying to upgrade services. I had reserved a manual and she kept pushing for an automatic upgrade. I said no, both my husband and I were comfortable driving manual. Turns out they only had one vehicle and it was an automatic when we got in.

Booking was easy, great search features and vehicle descriptions.

Alamo doesn't mark damages on the contract and don't do a joint inspection at drop-off. But if you insist on it they are happy to do so. No problems at the end.

La voiture n'était pas du tout celle que nous avions réservée. Nous sommes passés d'un break à un Dacia Lodgy, sorte de monospace mais qui était en parfait état.

The van was the perfect size for our group. The only problem was that the transmission was not great especially first through third gear which made for some difficulties driving. Also, upon returning the van the agent said we had somehow driven minus 1,400 kilometers, which is obviously impossible so he said he was unable to check the vehicle in and as a result I have never received a receipt for the rental. I would appreciate an emailed itemized receipt for my records.

In all other rentals have good prices but in some station try to forced you to take theirs insurance price when you select super protection , and i think it’ s not good

We are still waiting for a final statement, showing us, if any, additional charges, etc. When we arrived back at the drop-off, we were not given the final statement. I just assumed that this would be sent to us via e-mail. This still has not happened. We had a deposit put on the car, and also we paid for the toll across the Oresund Bridge between Denmark and Sweden. This is not a big deal, I would just like to see a copy indicating the final reckoning. Thank you.
