J'avais choisi Rhodium que je ne connaissais pas en raison de la proposition d'une Smart Forfour. On m'a imposé une autre voiture ! Avez-vous des Smart Forfour a disposition. J'en doute !

Les loueurs sur place obligent à prendre une assurance tous risques non prévue dans le contrat. Je m'étais assurée avant de partir de savoir s il y aurait des frais supplémentaires et une personne EasyRentCar m'a confirmé que je n aurai rien à débourser de plus que le carburant. Or l assurance toys risques obligatoire vendue par le loueur augmente la valeur du véhicule de 20 euros par jour ce qui est scandaleux.

I paid on internet 31,85€ for a car rental for four days. When I arrived there, I was asked to add 125€ for insurance otherwise I shoud have paid a deposite of 1100€. It was written anywhere. Finally I paid 156€ for a car rental for 4 days It's incredibly expensive and dishonest.

GOLDCAR introduce too much extras to pay on top what I have paid during the reservation.

Awful length of time waiting to pick up car

Fast and efficient pick-up at Centauro Seville. No pressure to pay extra assurance or to take options. Everything was clear. The car was exactly what expected and so where most of the conditions. I am saying most because there is a 25€ fee for the gasoil that wasn't mentionned at the reservation. They're also taking a caution/print of your credit card. Some information about where you can park or not would be useful. The shuttle from the airport is not so easy to find.
