Avoid them! Way to pushy trying to get you to purchase add-on's and she even tried to get me to take a bigger car. There was only me, so why on earth she thought I'd need a bigger one was beyond me.

Thrifty charged more than 2X cost quoted by you. I’ve reached out with the Thrifty receipt no reply
She told me to pick any car in the row and mentioned a Nissan. That’s what I took. A bit more clarity needs to be involved if I am going to be upcharged by simply getting into wrong car in the row.
