Really solid and trustworthy, and sometimes they even give you a free upgrade, which is such a nice surprise. Just remember to take clear photos of the car from every angle, inside and out, when you first get it. Other than that, nothing to worry about—the staff are all great.

Fantastic rental company – both pickup and return were super easy. Paperwork was simple, the car was basically brand new and really smooth to drive. Very fuel-efficient and easy to handle, especially on the narrow roads in Lisbon’s old town and in a few mountain villages. For two people with luggage, this little car was perfect and made the whole trip even more enjoyable with the beautiful scenery along the way.

We were 4 people with 4 large suitcases—one 28-inch and three 26-inch. Based on other people’s reviews, we went with a Skoda Octavia, and the trunk fit all four bags just right. Beforehand I was a bit worried we’d have to change cars at the last minute if everything didn’t fit. The car we got was a diesel, which is different from the gasoline version described on QEEQ, but it didn’t really affect the actual driving. With 4 people and 4 big suitcases the power felt a bit weak, but as long as you’re not trying to drive fast, it’s totally fine for normal use. If you’re expecting strong acceleration and that “push back in your seat” feeling when you floor it, this isn’t the car for that.

This is one of the only few rental companies at Vienna Airport’s car rental center that still accepts Mainland Chinese driver’s licenses. The whole process was quick and easy, no hard sell on extra insurance, the car was in great condition, and unlike Dryyve they don’t take a deposit upfront, just a pre-authorization. Returning the car was straightforward too.
